  • Professional or employment-related information such as your company name, department, and job title

  • Information protected against security breaches such as bank and payment information if we render services to you, depending on how you elect to pay for services rendered

Clients and Prospective Clients. Clients and prospective clients may request professional and employment-related information for purposes of evaluating a candidate’s credentials, skills and experience. Clients may also need to approve and process timesheet information for candidates.

Candidates. We may share personal information of our clients or prospective clients to candidates such as when a candidate must know information about whom to contact when going on an interview or an assignment with a client or prospective client.

As required or appropriate by law. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or court order. We may also disclose your information to our professional advisors, governmental authorities or law enforcement if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to do so in order to comply with a law or regulation; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or any other issues; or to protect 3 Bridge Network’s rights or property.
